Grant Of $12K Helped Animal Rescue In Arlington Amid COVID-19 Pandemic
The COVID-19 pandemic has caused an economic crisis that resulted in a lot of abandoned and homeless animals. In a statement Lucky Dog Animal Rescue, in Arlington, Virginia, said that they’ve saved nearly 750 dogs and cats from overcrowded shelters in the past two months. They took them to foster and adoptive homes. However, they couldn’t have done it without a grant they got earlier this year.
